The Freedom Guilt Equation is a band, a blog and an art project rolled up into a single 3 person size package. Formed by Jess Humphries (Strange Behaviour, Tribe of Dan, Kerama), Sid Harris (Strange Behaviour, Tribe of Dan, Burning Codes) & Jez Bayes (Who it appears can play anything with strings on it!) - The Freedom Guilt Equation play a combination of intimate acoustic honesty and sing-a-long choruses. Sometimes country-tinged, sometimes with a rock feel, the songs are one hundred percent honest. Formed after Jess suffering a major breakdown, the project is partly a documentation of the recovery process with all it's up, downs and detours. No subject is taboo - despair, love, anger, drugs and even cups of tea.
